PLS DM ME ON TWITTER FOR QUESTIONS OR IF U WANNA COMM MEAdditional fees not listed above may apply depending on complex designs, extra revisions, and extreme deadlines.- References are required, meaning full character drawings and/or reference sheets. Low Quality references will result in a extra design fee.- Commissions will come with a 4% tax and fee.- I do not draw: mechas,extreme furry,extreme gore (slight can be negotiated). Models with animalistic fetures like ears and tail are fine after further discussion- For Model Art, I will provide sketches first, where at this stage you may request for small revisions.- extreme revisions will result in a fee, as well as asking for revisions and alterations after I have started finalizing the artwork.-If any adjustments are made for model art without my permission, I have all rights to decline any further revisions.
Furthermore, any edits on the art done other by myself is not allowed without consent.- I will also not edit other's works without permission.- Payments must be upfront through Paypal invoice, I will not start on a commission until it is payed in full. Payment plans are also negotiable.- Because i pay my bills with this money i cannot issue Refunds!- I may record or stream the process of the model art, unless stated otherwise. (secrecy fee of +50% might be added)- Must credit me for the model art and on twitter/YouTube/twitch or social media used for Vtubing descriptions. Commercial use is given to the commissioner, however I still withhold rights to the version of the model. Please credit me properly, and not advertise as your own work.- I will not take the commission, if the model requested is a copyrighted character.- For rush commissions u must pay +100% of the price- You cannot resell the model art for a higher price. You also cannot resell without permission and consent by the model artist aka me (a selling fee of +75% must be paid)- Any breach in the TOS will result in loss of ownership with models provided by me, without a refund.BY COMMISSIONING ME U AGREE TO THE TOS
